RISINGSUNS JPN is a grassroots basketball player development & multi-media project organized by 一般社団法人What Sport Creative. The aim is to provide new opportunities for player visibility and exposure at top-level international tournaments, and help Japanese basketball rise.

ライジング・サンズJPNの原点は、バスケットボール選手開発と、 社団法人「What Sport Creative」で組織されたマルチメディアプロジェクトです。目的は、トップレベルの国際的なトーナメントで、プレーヤーを生み出し、輩出のめに新しい機会を提供することです。そして、日本のバスケットボールの向上の手助けをすることです。
