Rising Suns 2010: Player Pool Update!

先日の水曜日のウエイトトレーニングに参加したメンバーはお疲れ様でした。
これからの二ヶ月弱は今まで以上にバスケもコンディショニングもストレングスも上げていかないといけません。
目的は、
６月末のパリでのＱＵＡＩ５４で2010 Rising Sunsは世界と戦い、勝ちましょう！
Chance.
Challenge.
Championship.
来週以降、Player pool memberで定期的にコンディショニングトレーニング(ラントレーニング)とウエイトトレーニングをやっていきます。
コンディショニングトレーニング(ラントレーニング)
・毎週火曜日
・１９時半スタート
・代々木公園内の陸上競技場(ナイキコートの隣)
ウエイトトレーニング
・毎週金曜日
・１９時半スタート
・新宿スポーツセンター
４月以降の活動については今まで以上にシビアに出欠の部分も審査していくらしいので、奮って参加して下さい。
まずは４月６日(火)と９日(金)にやります。
出欠連絡をよろしくお願いします。
尚、コンディショニングトレーニング日の天候による中止の連絡は当日の昼までにします。

２月27日、2010 Rising Sunsの候補選手枠、Player Pool(以下、PP)参加に向けたトライアウトが、都内某所で行われた。
今回の参加人数は全部で20名。
第１回が10名で行われたことと比べると、内容や活気も前回よりはレベルアップしていたように思われる。

RS team captain ST headed for Peru!

RS2010 Team Captain Shuji Takei aka ST will head to Peru to continue his pro career there, early next month. Then back through Tokyo in June, to get ready for our return visit to Quai 54 in Paris. This is what its all about... gaining some exposure to the international game and promoting more visibility for J-hoops around the world.
